Q: When
will our child be photographed this year by Tom
Marshall?
A: Please refer to our
2009-2010
SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY SCHEDULE
page.
Q: When will our child's original photograph be
delivered to our child's school?
A: Depending on time of year, original photographs are
delivered to schools in about 3 to 4 weeks after being
taken.
Q: How can we
pay for our Tom Marshall photographs?
A: You may
pay for your order either by check or cash.
Q: When will our additional print/s order be delivered
to our child's school?
A: Normally, additional print
orders are delivered to schools between 3 to 4 weeks
following the payment deadline date printed on each
order form. We are unable to promise Rush Orders.
Q: What if our additional print/s order is turned in
after the deadline date?
A: There is a $5.00 late fee for
additional print and package orders submitted after the deadline date printed on
the order form and the information sheet included with
your original photograph.
Q: Can we purchase prints from previous years'
photographs?
A: We retain digital images for
two years. If you are ordering from previous years,
there is a $15.00 setup fee that includes postage.

Q: Are Tom Marshall photographs available in color or
in sizes other than those listed on the order form?
A: Our trademark has always been
black & white photography..
Q: May we purchase more than one original photograph
or package
of the same child?
A: You
may purchase one original photograph or one
package of each child. After that, you
may order
extra prints using the Additional
Prints section on your order form.
Q: May
we purchase additional prints without also purchasing
the original photograph?
A: You must first purchase
the original photograph or a package. Each school
receives a commission on originals sold.
Q: We have lost or misplaced the order form included
with our original Tom Marshall Photograph. What should
we do?
A: You may download and print a Replacement Original
Order Form by going to our
ORDER
FORMS
page.
Check with the school to get the Photo I.D, number
if you are ordering reprints.
Q: We have already turned in our order form and wish
to order additional reprints. What should we do?
A: Contact our office via email
or telephone as soon as possible.
Q: How do we have our child's sibling/s photographed?
A: Please refer to our

Q: Our child did not receive a Tom Marshall photograph
at school. Can we schedule a makeup photograph?
A: Please refer to our

Q: Does Tom Marshall Photography schedule private
appointments?
A: Time does not permit private
appoints. You may attend one of our Sibling & Makeup
Days. Please refer to our
SIBLING
AND MAKEUP DAYS
page.
Q: We have a problem with our original photograph or
print order. What should we do?
A: Please refer to our

Q: Does Tom Marshall Photography sell frames?
A: We do not sell frames.
Q: Does Tom Marshall Photography sell digital copies
of photographs?
A: We are no longer selling digital copies of our
photographs.
Q: Does Tom Marshall Photography sell gift
certificates?
A: We
do not sell gift certificates but you are welcome to
bring a guest to one of our open Sibling & Makeup
Days.
Q: Why
does the composition look somewhat different in our
additional print photographs?
A: The proportions vary between different sizes of
photographic paper. Therefore, slightly more or less
of the original image will appear in smaller size
prints. Wallet photographs usually will display additional
image information in the vertical dimension. Tom
Marshall photographs are candid and therefore
backgrounds will differ and often the child is not
exactly "centered" in the picture.
